As as manger, I have to take part in the meeting very often. Before, we always have meeting in the small conference room, because a large number of members will be invited so that the small space can’t satisfy our working requirement. Because of this, some members have to stand in the aisle or the gate of the conference room every time.
One day, our boss told me that he wanted to change our conference room, in order to make a good environment for our employees, because the comfortable environment can produce a good effect in our meeting. At that time, I thought it was just a joke, but my boss accomplished his words, he ordered a very beautiful “conference room” I have never met.
When the new “conference room” reached here, we opened the package and assembled it. We found its space is very bigger that our old small building room, it is praised by many colleagues. My boss was glad to hear that, and then said, “In fact, its name is the inflatable party tent. It is not only for meeting, but also for any party event.” After that, my boss asked some one to place the inflatable party tent in the green lawn ground that built by our company. It is white, and it looks very wonderful matching the green grass and kinds of flowers.
This white inflatable party tent is just like a house. It is made in the PVC tarp, and its size is 8mLx 8mWx4mH, so some members need not stand in the aisle or the gate any longer. It is not only very useful for having meeting, but also it can bring some fun for us.
