Many person especially children love to bounce and the tumble track is one of the most popular training equipment in gymnastic classes than others. Designed with a long runway, the tumble track is similar to a trampoline but with less bounce. Preschool children can learn basic tumbling exercises while having fun.
Here are some instructions for the gymnastic training on the tumble tracks.
1. Check and make sure the air track is safety enough before each gymnastic class. Elevated tumble tracks should have sufficient mats around all sides and all springs covered securely. It is better to install the tumble tracks near a wall and should have wall pads installed to prevent injury.
2. Start at the end of the track and have the little gymnasts bunny hop to the other side to warm up and get the feel of the track.
