A1: Our payment term: 50% deposit before producing by T/T, Western Union and 50% balance before
shipping.
Q2:How can I place order?
A2: Inquiry-send offer-negotiation-sign contract-pay deposit-production- pay balance-loading-delivery.
Q3:What's your delivery time?
A3: It is based on order quantity. Normally,our production time is 10 to 20 working days.
Q4:How to install our inflatable water park?
A4: We can provide detailed installation video pictures help to install.
Q5:May I have my own logo or design for the products?
A5: Yes, we can print your logo. It will be free of charge if it is not quite complicated.
Q6: What about the quality control?
A6: As providing the best quality products to our clients is our aim, this step is very important to our business, our QC will check one by one to comfirm every detail of the product is perfect.
Q7:How about the package?
A7: We will use double packing bags for our inflatable product: PVC bag +extra woven bag for shipping and carton for the blowers.
